App needs update. Password doesnt work after IOS update

I like it a lot until the app has not been update & now doesnt give access. After one of the iOS updates since the the 6s+ s came out the app has not been updated so it does not take the password. There is also no back door or way to reset it to access saved items. Your stuff will be lost, like mine @ this point unless the developers update the app.
